Terms of use

Last updated: October 10, 2026 · Privacy · Français · Back to the app

1. The publisher and the service

Annelo is a food journal published by XFR3D (SIREN 931 577 472). Contact: annelo@xfr3d.com. By creating an account or using the app, you accept these terms and the privacy policy.

2. Not medical advice

Annelo is a personal tracking tool. Maintenance calories, goals and automatic estimations are rough figures and can be wrong. They do not replace the advice of a doctor or dietitian, particularly in case of illness, pregnancy or eating disorder. You remain responsible for your food choices.

3. Your account

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to disrupt the service, bypass its limits (notably the daily cap on estimations), access other people's data, or send unlawful content or photos of third parties without their consent to the estimation service.

5. Premium and subscription

Automatic estimation (by text, photo or voice, provided by OpenAI) is reserved for Premium accounts. The subscription is bought and billed by Apple or Google under their terms, and renews automatically until you cancel it from your App Store or Google Play account. Withdrawal rights and refunds depend on those stores. Deleting your Annelo account does not cancel the subscription. Annelo may limit estimations to a number of calls per day.

6. Your content

Your data remains yours. You only authorise us to process it to run the service, as described in the privacy policy.

7. Availability and liability

We do our best to keep the service available and your data protected, without guaranteeing the absence of interruptions or errors. Make a printable report if you want a copy. To the extent permitted by law, the publisher is not liable for decisions made on the basis of estimations, nor for indirect damages. Nothing here limits the rights the law gives you, in particular as a consumer.

8. Suspension and end

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms. You may stop using Annelo at any time.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; significant changes are announced in the app. Continuing to use it means acceptance.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, contact us first to find an amicable solution; French courts have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
